Rifampin (RFP) increases hepatic microsomal enzyme activity, and there are case reports of RFP-induced hypo-thyroidism, all associated with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Here, we report a case of RFP-induced hypothyroidism without underlying thyroid disease. (Source: Thyroid)
